On Wednesday the Tubber NS girls had an impressive victory away to Ballybryan, and as a result have now qualified from the group to contest the County Final. The final will be played in Bord na Mona O'Connor Park on Thursday 25th at 2.45pm, when their opponents will be Clonbullogue NS.

On Tuesday the Tubber NS Boys had an equally impressive victory over Rahan NS in Tubber, and progressed to a play-off on Friday v Cappagh NS, played in O'Brien Park Tullamore, to see who would qualify for the final. Trailing by a point at half-time, the boys were up against it, but a greatly improved second half saw them run out winners by 3-9 to 3-2, and also qualify for their final. The boys will now play Boher NS, also on Thursday in O'Connor Park, with a throw-in of 12.15pm.
